Comprende componentes como la motivación, las actitudes y las emociones, los conocimientos y el comportamiento y las habilidades.
La motivación se refiere al deseo de comunicarse de forma adecuada y eficaz, los conocimientos son la conciencia necesaria en situaciones interculturales y las habilidades son las capacidades necesarias para la comunicación intercultural.
