identificar um problema ou questão;
criar inferências sobre o porquê da existência do problema e como pode ser resolvido;
recolher informações ou dados sobre o problema através da investigação;
organizar e classificar dados e descobertas;
desenvolver e executar soluções;
analisar quais as soluções que funcionaram ou não;
identificar formas de melhorar a solução.
